After being diagnosed in November of 2006, I found a mentor who helped guide me through the first year of being diabetic. I am now working with Diabetic Rockstar on the internet. I have attained the position of Vice President and Director of Mentoring Services. Recently Diabetic Rockstar was spotlighted in the February 2009 Issue of Reader's Digest, and we'll also have a feature article in the March or April Issue of Men's Health Magazine. Diabetic Rockstar's mission is to provide at no cost supplies to newly and uninsured diabetics nationwide. We have seen amazing growth potential in the past 6 months with over 1400 members. We are growing at a rate of approximately 20% per week. I would like to partner with your group to establish mutual aid and understanding.
