I now inject every morning and before each meal. Slowly getting used to the routine, testing, right foods and exercise. I'm 48 and never been over weight, I've recently had a motorbike accident and 2 knee arthroscopes, in 18 months. So i put that down to triggering off the Diabetes, So a long road ahead, but i'm up for it, have a family and to many things to explore, this diabetes is just a hickup along lifes journey.
