I have had type 1 for 47 years, most people dont understand what we live with everyday. I am also Brittle. I have been asked why I do that IE have an insulin reaction. They dont understand that we dont do that our diabetese does that. I have walked into the emergancy room with an infection and a blood sugar of over 600 and a half hour later I was having an insulin reaction. Then you get the massive mood swings which has caused me problems at work. We need to educate the people to what we have and how to help us. God Bless You all. Gene
